A personal task manager built with vanilla JavaScript, connecting completion filters, a state-driven interface, and localStorage to keep tasks between visits.
The problem
Keep a task list easy to update, filter, and revisit without requiring an account or a backend service.
The implementation
Tasks are stored as an array of objects and synchronised with localStorage. Event listeners update that state, and the interface renders the corresponding task list, including pending and completed filters.
Skills in practice
The project makes the relationship between state, events, rendering, and browser storage explicit, using core JavaScript rather than a framework.
